Each and every design is different! There is a turnaround time given for each service I provide in the description. However, revisions (if needed) may prolong the finalized design. Revisions make the process longer because there may be other clients' work that I am revising as well. I am working very hard to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Additional revisions there will be a $25 fee per revision set.

Once a drafts is selected, the logo is finalized within hours & all files are ready to be sent. Non-refundable.

To be able to tell your whole brands story you will need a whole brand identity which includes so many more factors that just a logo. Which is why i don't offer 'just logo' services.

Once an order has been placed, it is automatically added to my design queue (list). Changes made can compromise your place. This includes adding something as well. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will let you know if that can be accommodated.

Once an order has been placed, the payment is NON-refundable. Please make sure of your purchase before you place your order. If a project has been started on, no refunds will be given. The exception to this is if I cannot commit to the project for unforeseen/personal reasons OR time has way exceeded the projected timeframe given.
